I truly cannot recommend Erin Brady enough. We actually found Erin after meeting with another recommended realtor who just didn’t feel like the right fit. I put an inquiry online, Erin was the very first person to respond, and I am SO glad she did.From our very first conversation, it was obvious that Erin is incredibly good at what she does. She is knowledgeable, confident, direct, and has the kind of energy that immediately makes you feel like you have someone competent and capable in your corner. I was navigating the process as a first-time seller while my partner was a first-time homebuyer, and Erin took the time to thoroughly explain both sides of the process, set realistic expectations, answer all of our questions, and make sure we actually understood and felt comfortable with the decisions we were making.Ultimately, I wasn't able to sell my condo within the timeframe I wanted and decided to rent it instead, but I really appreciated Erin's honesty throughout that process. She set realistic expectations from the beginning rather than telling me what I wanted to hear just to get my business.When we finally went under contract on the house of our dreams, that's when I REALLY came to appreciate having Erin on our side. There were plenty of hiccups and bumps along the way, and she stayed on top of every deadline and detail while constantly advocating for our best interests.At one point, the sellers attempted to leave us with tree roots in the sewer line rather than properly completing the repair. Erin was absolutely not having it. She fought for us, coordinated with trusted vendors so we could be confident the work was actually being done correctly, and somehow managed to get everything taken care of with essentially an overnight turnaround so we didn't even have to delay closing. Watching her navigate that situation was honestly incredible. She knew when to push, what needed to happen, and how to get it done.Even after closing, Erin makes an effort to maintain relationships with her clients through customer appreciation events and her community. We haven't been able to attend one yet, but it means a lot knowing that the relationship didn't simply end when we got the keys.We absolutely love our home and can't imagine leaving anytime soon—but if that day ever comes, Erin will unquestionably be the first person I call. If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, fiercely advocates for her clients, and genuinely knows how to get a deal across the finish line, you want Erin Brady in your corner.

Erin was great from beginning to end! She was always available to either show us another home or just answer questions for us! We connected right away and I just knew she was our girl! She is super personable, kind and professional. I would highly recommend using Erin and her team whether you're buying, selling or just have questions!

Erin was great to work with. She’s very efficient and not afraid to fight for her clients. All of her communication was clear and quick! She helped us navigate a transaction with a group who did not communicate well, still ensuring we got everything we needed and made it to the finish line on time! Would recommend to anyone!

Erin Brady is absolutely top notch. She worked on our tough property sale for a year. For what seemed like an impossible sale on a run down, very old home, Erin assured us we would get top dollar, and we did. Erin was amazing. We met her on a random Sunday at a Zillow showing and she stayed in our mind. Received a Christmas gift from her on our doorstep and when it came time for us to sell we had no doubt who we would use. Great Marketing and relationship building skills. What a Pleasure!Erin, Ron and Aaron were absolutely great to work with. We felt at ease with Erin the first time we met her. She is very professional and personable. We were pleased with her presentation of our property and all the exposure that she provided for our home. Communication was excellent. She answered all of our questions and was there when I needed to vent over the process of selling a house nowadays. Erin was personable, friendly, and professional. She took the time to walk the property and suggested improvements that would help in the sale. The marketing included drone video which gave potential buyers a comprehensive overview of the properly. Being horse property she even arranged for a horse to be staged in the pasture. Not too many agents would do that. When the property was shown Erin provided feedback as to what potential buyers liked and disliked. She would discuss these items and would offer an opinion if any of the dislikes should be addressed. She is NOT a list it and leave it agent!
