She helped us buy our first home and was always there to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process — and she still continues to support us even after closing.As first-time home buyers, having someone with so much experience who truly cared about us made all the difference. Erin was personable, friendly, and professional. She took the time to walk the property and suggested improvements that would help in the sale. The marketing included drone video which gave potential buyers a comprehensive overview of the properly. Being horse property she even arranged for a horse to be staged in the pasture. Not too many agents would do that. When the property was shown Erin provided feedback as to what potential buyers liked and disliked. She would discuss these items and would offer an opinion if any of the dislikes should be addressed. She is NOT a list it and leave it agent!

Erin is a knowledgeable, and dedicated agent. We had a very unique property we were looking to sell. Erin took considerable time to get to know us and the property. She and her team went above and beyond in so many ways. Her network of support resources is excellent. From handyman services, to attorneys, to plumbers and electricians, she was able to help us with every aspect of getting our property ready to sell and showcasing it effectively to perspective buyers. She knows the market extremely well and handles the unexpected things that happen in the course of selling a house with grace and confidence. She got our house sold and we made a friend. Oh my goodness, where to begin! Erin was MASTERFUL in helping us sell my mother's house here in Fort Collins. We are not at well-versed in the complexities of selling a home and she was EXTRAORDINARY: she walked us through the process every step of the way, never made us feel bad for asking the MANY questions we had, and it was truly a pleasure meeting her and working with her. When some unexpected issues came up, she helped us navigate that and made them super simple to resolve, including help with a roofer and plumber which ended up being necessary to address some issues with the house before closing. Oh, and this might seem like a small thing, but she brought us COOKIES the first time she met us, and gave us a parting thank you at closing -- it's those little things that just make her stand out. I cannot imagine having anyone else! We love you, Erin!

Erin did a fantastic job working with a challenging property. She was always responsive. We once the closing process started; she communicated multiple times a day to ensure all requirements were met. She continued to work to negotiate strongly as a sellers agent throughout the process. The closing time frame was short and the date was critical. Erin worked non-stop with the buyer and title company to ensure these deadlines were met. I would highly recommend her and as a real estate investor, will use her on my next property.
