Bethany was very knowledgeable and responsive. She picked the right price pushing for the biggest offer without scaring off the target market. We got an offer in 10 days and closed on time. She took care of all the little details like HOA docs etc. and used a system that kept me in the loop on all showings and feedback. She charged a fair commission and earned it. I would absolutely use her again!

We set out to buy a short-term rental in Ocean City, and it was anything but a simple transaction — we were weighing literally dozens of properties, digging into condo reserve studies, and trying to separate the good deals from the bad ones. Cameron was exactly the partner we needed for that.We wanted a Realtor who genuinely knew the Ocean City market from the inside — not just someone who could open doors, but someone who understood the buildings, the associations, and the local dynamics that could make or break our investment here. Cameron delivered that in spades. The inside knowledge she shared about specific buildings and the local STR market was the difference between us buying blind and buying smart.We chose Cameron because she took our goals seriously and treated our diligence like it mattered. When we needed reserve studies, resale certificates, and answers about assessments and building health, she chased them down and helped us make sense of them. What we valued most was that she was honest and thorough — she never pushed us toward the easy sale. When a property had hidden problems, she helped us surface them, and when it came time to negotiate, she helped us get the building's real risks reflected in the price. Bethany/Cameron did an excellent job working with us to sell our vacation home. We decided to sell because of not being able to use the property enough. We choose Bethany/Cameron at PO2 because we had previously worked with them when purchasing this home. Their local expertise really helped with the entire process and made it easy for us being located several hours away. The home sold relatively quickly especially during an off season time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the future!
