We we're moving from California to Nevada and we needed someone to guide us through this new real estate market. Andrew did an excellent job to get to know us and understand our needs. He patiently worked with us, showed us many homes and sent all the new listings matching our requirements. He reassured us that each house we see gets us closer to our dream home and he was right. Four weeks ago, we found the one that we were looking for. It was move in ready, in a nice neighborhood, on a large lot and with an awesome view of the city and the mountains. He did an excellent job writing up our offer on Sunday evening and getting it accepted within two hours. He was very helpful and detail oriented in managing all the inspections, taking us through the escrow and even helped us with all the utilities.Job well done Andrew ??

Amazing service before, durning and after the sale.Andrew helped my wife and I find just the right home. In a very competitive housing market getting in to see a house just as it hits the market can make a big difference. Andrew did just that. The seller collected multiple offers prior to selecting ours. Even though ours wasn’t the highest offer, Andrew was able to negotiate on our behalf to win the day. During the inspections he was able to secure concessions for repairs to a as is house. After the sale Andrew and his local knowledge of contractors has been able to secure qualified personal in our remodel.He is now working to assist my brother and his family to find just the right home.Thank you Andrew
