Kresta is absolutely the agent you want in your ring. To say she knows her stuff is an understatement. She has truly works hard for her clients. We have bought and sold several homes over the years and have to say that Kresta is by far the best agent in the Charleston area. The best part about Kresta is that she has integrity. She is not just out to sell a house at any cost. Other realtors often try to push you into a home or use a specific mortgage broker, with Kresta, her only goal is to find you the prefect house within your budget and maintaining the best value. She has spot on ability to determine if a particular home will appraise at an asking price. In our case we looked at a home in a neighborhood that we really liked, but were uneasy about the price. She advised that she did not believe it would appraise anywhere near the asking price and it did not. The seller would not budge on the price so we moved on and were glad we did. Even though we ended up paying near the same price for another house, it appraised much higher than the selling price, just as Kresta had predicted it would. Kresta is Amazing!

Kresta answered all of our questions and concerns regarding home buying. She negotiated on our behalf and didn’t pressure us into anything. She was quick and efficient on all aspects of the process.
