Sarah from the Julie Gritton team was fantastic...highly recommend using her. We were not from the area and Sarah not only guided us through the process of finding and buying our home, she showed us around and helped us learn the area. We lived over two hours away and were not able to be here very often. while our house was being built, Sarah would periodically take pictures of the construction and send them to us so that we could see the progress. She went well out of her way for us. I'd give a 6th star if it were possible!

Julie and her team are a group of experienced and dedicated real estate agents that made us feel safe and being in good hands as we purchased a condo in an area that was entirely new for us. We relied a lot on Julie's advice, which we came to highly appreciate over the weeks we worked with her. She has an excellent grasp of the market, a great eye for details, an intuitive understanding of her customers' preferences, and has always been quick to respond. I can't say enough good things about Julie Gritton, she is an AMAZING Realtor and person !! It was not an easy journey trying to find " the perfect " home for me, but Julie made it happen. Due to the fact I lived 3 1/ 2 hours away, it was stressful, discouraging, and exhausting at times trying to make arrangements to see homes before they were sold or to drive there and be in a bidding war that would end with someone out bidding me. Julie spent countless hours with me on the phone and in person, and went above and beyond to do video tours with me so that I didn't have to make the long drive. Her patience, efficiency, knowledge, and dedication to her clients is what makes her OUTSTANDING !!!! She also has an amazing TEAM behind her, everyone was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I had a couple of Realtors before I found Julie, and I can ASSURE you not every Realtor is created equal. Julie is exceptional and gives 110 % from beginning to end. I would highly recommend her and her TEAM !!!!

We can't speak highly enough about Julie and her realtor knowledge as well as her dedication to us our clients. We first met Julie when we were looking for an investment property near the Delaware Beaches. We are from PA, and It took a day for us to see several properties. Julie helped us focus on a specific property, and expertly negotiated on our behalf. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process.A couple+ years later, we decided to sell because we are planning on building a house in OBX. We listed with Julie and once again, her knowledge of current pricing and her expert negotiation skills brought us a profit far exceeding our expectations. Julie is always a pleasure to deal with, great communication and if there are open items from the other party in the transaction, she's right on top of things.

Julie and her team are amazing. They are like the superheros of real estate. Our sale was not a large one, but they treated it like it was. When we couldn't find someone to mow the property we were selling, Julie took care of it. When the initial offer fell through, Julie had been in the background continuing to aggressively market the property so a full price back up offer was ready and waiting. I could not have had a more positive experience!
