What real estate company offers the lowest real estate agent fees?

While conventional brokerages typically sell homes for the standard 6% commission, there are lower alternatives found real with flat-fee brokerages. A flat-fee brokerage is one that charges a regular fee that’s fixed rather than a percentage of the sale price of a property, which can vary significantly.

In addition to flat-fee listings, other discount brokerages offer 2 percent or 1 percent commission structures. Clever offers a flat fee of $3,000 for a listing agent or 1* on homes over $350,000.
