How do I get a commission rebate?

There are two ways to get a commission rebate.

You can interview different real estate agents and ask them if they do rebates.

or

You can buy a home with a top-rated Clever Partner Agent who’s already agreed to offer a commission rebate. They will rebate up to 1% of the purchase price of your home, depending on the price, and how many homes you want to view.
