What is a commission rebate

When you buy a home with Clever, your agent will give you a portion of their commission back at closing. You can use this to pay down your mortgage, buy points on your loan, and in some cases, take it as a check at closing.

If I’m not happy with my agent, can I leave?

While it’s very rare for any of our clients to not like their agent, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like your agent we can assign you a new agent, or your can decide to no longer continue working with Clever. It’s up to you.

How do you market your homes?

Clever partner agents use every marketing channel at their disposal. Your home will be listed on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and hundreds of other sites. Your home will also be syndicated to our partners network of buyers. Clever will help you sell your home quickly, for top dollar.
